Most clubs run on a pile of tools. A spreadsheet holds the member list. Dues arrive by bank transfer, cash and payment links. Sign-ups live in a form, events on another site, and reminders in a group chat. Each tool works. Keeping them in step is the job nobody signed up for.
Here is who Crewcade fits, and who it does not.
What is Crewcade?
Crewcade is membership software for clubs and communities. It keeps one member list, and everything else reads from it: dues, events, sign-ups, check-in, reminders and your website. Payments go straight to your own Stripe account.
| The job | What clubs often use |
|---|---|
| Member list | A spreadsheet |
| Dues and fees | Bank transfers, cash, payment links |
| Sign-ups and waivers | Google Forms and paper waivers |
| Events and tickets | An event platform |
| Website | A site builder |
| Reminders | Group chats and personal email |
Crewcade does each of these in one place, on one member list.
Who uses Crewcade?
- Clubs and communities
- Sports and activity clubs
- Nonprofits and small associations
- Schools, PTAs and alumni groups
- Fitness and wellness groups
- Coaches and instructors
Most collect dues or fees and run events their members come to in person. Unlimited members and admins come on every plan. See pricing.
What do people build with it?
- A club website on its own address, made from your brand kit
- Paid memberships that renew on a card
- Events with sign-ups, tickets, waitlists and check-in
- Joining forms that add people to the member list
- Member-only pages, sorted by role
What do you get from it?
Less admin. One member list feeds everything, so you stop copying names between tools and chasing who paid.
The relationship stays yours. Your members, payments and pages belong to you, and you can download them at any time.
Signs it fits
- You bring your own members. They already know you. You need one place to run them.
- You meet in person. Classes, runs, socials and meetups are what Crewcade is built for.
- You collect dues or fees. See who has paid at a glance, and let renewals run on a card.
- You would rather skip the design work. Set your brand colors and style once. Every page comes out looking sharp on its own.
- Your team is growing. Admins are unlimited on every plan, and custom roles give each person just the access they need.
Signs it does not
- You want full design control. The page builder is opinionated, with few design settings. But if you love the site you have, Crewcade can run beside it on its own subdomain.
- You want a marketplace to find new members. People do not browse Crewcade to find groups. But it works beside Luma, Meetup and Eventbrite, so you can keep finding people there and run your members here.
- You need accounting or tax work. Crewcade does no bookkeeping, QuickBooks sync or tax filing today. But every payment lands in your own Stripe account, ready for your accountant.
- You want a sales CRM. Crewcade has no sales pipelines or deal boards. But it keeps one member list your whole team can work from.

Questions
Do my members need to install an app?
No. Crewcade runs in the browser with nothing to download. You reach members by email, LINE and Discord.
Can I keep my current website and ticketing?
Yes. Crewcade runs on its own subdomain beside your site. For an event, you can paste the link to the ticketing page you already use.
Who owns my members?
You do. You can download your member list and form responses at any time. Payments go to your own Stripe account.
