The Pro Plan pays for itself once you sell about $1,300 a month, because the lower fee covers the $39. The Scale Plan pays for itself past $3,000 a month.

What each plan is for

Starter Plan

• Add your whole roster, your whole team and your whole calendar. The count never changes the price.
• Whatever you charge for, people pay from a link and the money lands in your own Stripe account.
• Every event gets a page. Scan people in at the door and keep the attendance.
• Write it once and it reaches your members by email, LINE and Discord.
• Give each role the access it needs and nothing else. The treasurer sees the money and the coach sees the roster.
• Each location keeps its own events, roster and door, and you see all of them together.
• Reminders and confirmations in Crewcade's wording are free and unlimited. In your own words, you get 500 emails a week once your workspace is verified (15 a week until then), and 10 AI credits a month to see what Crewcade makes for you.

Pro Plan

• Your members and your events live at an address you own, like yourclub.com.
• A fresh set of flyers and posts for every event you run, with room to try a few versions.

How the fee works

Start free. You only pay a fee when you get paid. The fee applies to money you collect through Crewcade — memberships, dues, tickets and products alike — and it steps down as you move up the plans.

Stripe charges its own processing fee. You receive payments in your own Stripe account. Crewcade never holds the money, and there is no payout schedule to wait on. A free event costs nothing on any plan, and adding members never costs more.

Is the Starter Plan really free?

Yes. The Starter Plan is free, and signing up takes an email. Members, admins and events are unlimited on it. You pay a 5% platform fee, so the only time Crewcade costs anything is when you have been paid.

When does Crewcade charge a fee?

Are there fees on free events?

No. Free events stay free on every plan, and every event you run is included. Crewcade charges a fee on the money you collect, and only on that.

What is a credit?

A credit is what Crewcade spends when it makes something for you. Flyers, captions and event copy use credits. So does a posting schedule and your brand kit. So does every page you build, like an event page or a product page. Bigger jobs use more credits than small ones. Making these costs real money to run. Credits keep that fair for you and steady for us. Credits refill every month: 10 on the Starter Plan, 50 on the Pro Plan and 200 on the Scale Plan.

What happens when I reach a plan limit?

Each plan includes a set number of emails and AI credits a month, plus storage. The table above lists them for every plan. Emails and AI credits reset every month. When you use them up, sending and making stop until the next month or until you upgrade. Settings shows how much you have used.

Does the price go up as we grow?

No. Members, admins and events are unlimited on every plan, so adding people never moves you up a tier. Plans differ by what they unlock and by the fee on money you collect, never by how many members you hold.

Is there a discount for paying yearly?

Yes. Pay yearly and get two months free. The plan is the same either way, and you can move between plans whenever you need to.

Will my price go up later?

Your price is locked while you stay subscribed. The price you sign at stays yours, and any increase applies to new signups only.

Do I need a credit card to start?

No. Sign up with email, Google or LINE. You add a card only if you choose a paid plan. To take payments you connect your own Stripe account.

Can I keep my current ticketing?

Yes. Paste the link to your event on the ticketing or booking page you already use. Crewcade then sends people there from your emails and messages.

Where does the money go?

Straight into your own Stripe account. Crewcade never holds your money. Stripe pays it out to your bank on its own schedule. Stripe charges its own processing fee. You receive payments in your own Stripe account. Crewcade adds a small platform fee on each sale based on your plan. On the Scale Plan that fee is 0%.

Who owns my members?

You do. Your members, payments, attendance and pages belong to you. A marketplace rents you an audience and keeps the relationship. Crewcade keeps it with you. You can download your member list and form responses at any time.
