Who is Crewcade for?
Crewcade is for clubs with a growing member list and team. Many tools charge more for every contact or seat, so growing costs you more. Crewcade gives every plan unlimited members and admins. It may not suit a small club with a fixed team that is happy with the tools it has.
Do I need a credit card to start?
No. Sign up with email, Google or LINE. You add a card only if you choose a paid plan. To take payments you connect your own Stripe account.
Can I keep my current ticketing?
Yes. Paste the link to your event on the ticketing or booking page you already use. Crewcade then sends people there from your emails and messages.
Do my members need to install an app?
No. Crewcade runs in the browser with nothing to download. That matters when your members include expats, travelers and visitors. You reach them on the channels they already use.
Where does the money go?
Straight into your own Stripe account. Crewcade never holds your money. Stripe pays it out to your bank on its own schedule. Stripe charges its own processing fee. You receive payments in your own Stripe account. Crewcade adds a small platform fee on each sale based on your plan. On the Scale Plan that fee is 0%.
What if we do not have a website?
Crewcade includes an easy page builder. Build pages in your own brand, even from your phone. Your pages live at your own Crewcade address, or at your own domain on the Pro Plan and up.
Can I reach my members on LINE?
Yes. Crewcade sends messages by email, LINE and Discord. Members can also sign in with LINE. How many LINE messages you can send depends on your LINE Official Account plan.
Does Crewcade work in Japanese?
Yes. Crewcade runs in English and Japanese. You can also translate your own content so members read it in the language they prefer.
Who owns my members?
You do. Your members, payments, attendance and pages belong to you. A marketplace rents you an audience and keeps the relationship. Crewcade keeps it with you. You can download your member list and form responses at any time.
What if I want to stop paying later?
Cancel a paid plan from your billing page. It runs to the end of the period you paid for. Then your club moves to the Starter Plan, which is free and has unlimited members.
Can my team help run it?
Yes. Admins are unlimited on every plan. Custom roles give each person only the access they need.

Hey, I'm Jesse.
I spent over a decade in fitness and wellness communities across APAC. I trained in them, and I helped organize events with several teams.
I kept seeing the same problems. Members showed up to events, but between events they went quiet. As teams and events grew, nobody could keep track of who was coming or which members were most involved. Teams were scattered across tools that each did one job, so the basics needed several subscriptions.
