About Us
Crewcade is your event promotion engine.
Every event you run takes weeks of promoting. Then the next one starts and you do it all again. Promotion becomes a second job.
Crewcade takes that job. It learns your brand once. After that every event comes back finished and scheduled. You get your time back. You spend it on the experience.
Also included
Everything your events need, in one place.
One page that holds your link in bio and every event
It sits at your own web address and is painted in your brand. Your events and your forms live on it.
Build a form once, then use it anywhere
Send it as a link, put it on your page, or attach it to an event. Waivers, testimonials and sign up forms all work the same way.
Every event gets a page, and you choose what it does
Take sign ups and payments yourself, or point people to the ticket site you already use.

Start free. Upgrade when it pays for itself.

Questions
Answers before you start.
Do I have to leave Meetup, Luma or Eventbrite?
No. Keep listing exactly where you list now. Paste the link to an event you already posted and Crewcade works from it. Those platforms are where new people find you. Crewcade is how that same event reaches everywhere else, and how you keep a home that belongs to you.
I already use Canva and Linktree. What does this do that they do not?
They each do one piece. Canva makes the flyer, and you still resize it, write the caption for every place it goes, and open a blank file again next week. Crewcade starts from the event itself, so the flyer, every size, the caption for each place, the posting schedule, and the page all come out in one pass. The week after, the same class or the same night runs again from your brand, not from an empty file.
Do you need my Instagram password?
No. We read only what anyone can see: your public picture, your name, and your bio. You can also drop in a few photos of your own instead, which is the dependable path and works even if you do not use Instagram.
What if it does not look like my brand?
You change it. The colors, the fonts, and the voice are read out of your own photos, not picked from a stock theme, and your brand stays editable on every plan, free included. Nothing comes back locked.
Does Crewcade post to my accounts for me?
On the channels you connect, yes. Your plan covers what goes out and when, and Crewcade sends on the channels it connects to. Email sends on the Starter Plan, and the Pro Plan connects the rest. Where a platform does not allow it, like a Facebook group, you get the finished piece and a reminder at the right time. Nothing goes out under your name without you.
Can I export my data?
Yes, on every plan. Export your attendees, audience, email list, assets, and event history in standard formats, anytime.
How do I get paid for a paid event?
Through your own Stripe account. You connect it once, and the money from a ticket lands with you as soon as it sells. It is your account and your money the whole way.
Will my price go up later?
Your price is locked while you stay subscribed. The price you sign at stays yours, and any increase applies to new signups only.
Who owns my page and my members?
You do. A marketplace rents you an audience and keeps the relationship. Your home page, your domain, your members, your attendance history, and your photos are yours. You can export your data, and if you stop paying us, you keep your page.
Can I promote something that is not an event?
Events are what Crewcade builds today, and the whole product is shaped around them. A launch, a product drop, or an offer is meant to follow. Your brand and your home page already work for anything you promote.
From the founder
Why I built this.
Hey, I'm Jesse.
I spent over a decade in fitness and wellness communities across APAC. I both trained in them and organized events. I realized many hosts hit the same problem, myself included: hosts running events start to scale, and the promotion side gets harder as the business and team grows.
Promotion turns into a second job. Most hosts would rather spend that time focused on the experience and growing their community.
I built Crewcade to fix this. By simply feeding the event details once, you get the entire promotion campaign built instantly.
