Not happy before your club goes live? We refund the full $497. This applies up to 60 days after your first call. If we run late, the window grows by the same number of days.
You approve the launch with a checklist. Your current system can keep running alongside Crewcade while your members settle in.
After a refund your club moves to the free Starter Plan. Your members, data and website stay with you. We also help you move your data out if you want.

A one or two page Design Partner Agreement keeps things clear for both sides.
- One 30-minute call every week during the program.
- Direct chat on LINE, WhatsApp or email. We reply within 1 business day.
- Your price lock, your free months and the refund terms in writing.
- A refund ends the free Scale year. Your club moves to the Starter Plan.
- We protect your member data. You keep unreleased features private.
- Anything we build belongs to Crewcade and helps every club.
- With your permission we may share anonymized results as a case study.
- Either side can end the program with 30 days notice.

Will we lose any member history?
No. We review the import with you field by field. You confirm everything is there before launch.
What if our custom fields do not fit?
Tell us which ones matter. We add support for them within reason.
How much time does this take from us?
One short call or a set of exports to start. Then a 30-minute call every week. Between calls we reply to chat within 1 business day.
Do we have to move everything at once?
No. Your new site can link to your current membership system while you move step by step.
